INGREDIENTS:


1 täblespoon olïve oïl
2 lbs ground beef 80-90% leän
1 egg
1/2 cup pänko breädcrumbs
1/4 cup mïlk
1 teäspoon McCormïck onïon powder
1 teäspoon McCormïck gärlïc powder
1 teäspoon sält
1/2 teäspoon McCormïck bläck pepper
8 ounces slïced mushrooms
1 smäll onïon slïced
1 12 ounce contäïner McCormïck Sïmply Better Beef Grävy
1/2 cup beef broth or wäter
1 täblespoon cornstärch
2 täblespoons wäter
2 täblespoons chopped fresh pärsley

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. In ä lärge bowl, combïne the beef, egg, breädcrumbs, mïlk, gärlïc powder, onïon powder sält änd pepper. Mïx thoroughly then shäpe ïnto 6 pättïes.

2. Heät the olïve oïl ïn ä lärge pän over medïum hïgh heät. Add the pättïes ïn ä sïngle läyer änd cook for 4-5 mïnutes on eäch sïde or untïl golden brown.

3. Pläce the mushrooms änd onïon ïn the bottom of ä slow cooker. Add the pättïes on top.

4. Pour the grävy änd beef broth ïnto the slow cooker. Cover änd cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.

5. Remove the pättïes from the slow cooker änd pläce on ä pläte. Cover to keep wärm.

6. Combïne the cornstärch wïth the wäter änd pour ïnto the slow cooker. Turn the slow cooker to HIGH änd cook for 3-5 mïnutes untïl säuce ïs thïckened. Spoon the säuce over the pättïes. Top wïth pärsley änd serve.
