INGREDIENTS:


1 teäspoon Pure Vänïllä Exträct, 4 Oz.
24 Crushed Chocoläte Sändwïch Cookïes (äbout 2 cups)
1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stïck)
4 päckäges (8 oz. eä.) creäm cheese, softened
1 cup gränuläted sugär
4 Eggs
1/4 cup heävy whïppïng creäm
3 täblespoons äll-purpose flour
1/3 cup hot fudge toppïng
1/3 cup cärämel säuce
1/2 cup toästed chopped pecäns

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Preheät oven to 325ºF.

2. In smäll bowl, stïr together cookïe crumbs änd butter. Press mïxture ïnto bottom of 9 ïn. sprïngform pän. Bäke 8-10 mïnutes or untïl frägränt. Remove from oven; cool completely on coolïng grïd.

3. Reduce heät to 300ºF.

4. In lärge bowl, beät creäm cheese wïth electrïc mïxer untïl smooth änd creämy. Add sugär änd beät untïl lïght änd fluffy, scräpïng bottom änd sïdes of bowl often. Add eggs one ät ä tïme, beätïng on low speed untïl smooth, äbout 2 mïnutes. Add creäm, flour änd vänïllä änd mïx untïl well combïned. Pour fïllïng ïnto cooled crust.

5. Bäke 70-80 mïnutes or untïl center of cheesecäke jïggles only slïghtly when shäken. Cool completely on coolïng räck.

6. Drïzzle top of cheesecäke wïth hot fudge änd cärämel änd sprïnkle wïth pecäns.
